Set up in 1981, LIMA company is specialized in the manufacture of meat-bone separators, deboning and desinewing machines for poultry, fish, lamb and beef industries. More than 70 different models are available from 100 to 20 000 kg/hr. (220-40 000 lb.) and over 95 % are exported in 100 countries worldwide. In addition, LIMA offers complete MSM production lines including automatic feeding and weighing systems, as well as two-step “D + S” operations.
