His journey with the system began alongside leading experts in fluid dynamics and process engineering to adapt the original marine Jet Cook unit into a food-grade solution. Following this development, Stuart partnered closely with the team at DC Norris, playing a pivotal role in refining, testing, and proving the technology. Today, Jet Cook is recognised worldwide as a revolutionary process that delivers faster cooking times, consistent quality, and substantial savings in both energy and ingredients.
Over the course of his career, Stuart has led more than 5,000 product trials in 70 countries, supported the installation of over 450 Jet Cook systems worldwide and has worked with manufacturers to scale their operations to remarkable levels—for example, helping central kitchens produce up to 500,000 meals per day without compromising on taste, safety, or efficiency.
His technical expertise spans a wide range of product categories, including ready meals, sauces, beverages, and desserts.
