Olga is the Head of Regional Innovation in SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East and Africa), leading a cross-functional team who is responsible for delivering innovative solutions and technologies for the region.
Olga is passionate about health and wellbeing and is driven by Givaudan’s purpose; “creating for happier, healthier lives with love for nature”. In her current position, she plays an influencer role in adopting new sustainable innovations and food solutions in the SAMEA region.
She joined Givaudan in 2016 as a Marketing Manager for the Middle East. In 2019, she became Marketing Director for Africa & Middle East region. Before joining Givaudan Olga held various marketing management roles at Kerry Group, responsible for Russia & Eastern Europe, and subsequently for the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey.
Olga holds a Master’s degree in Regional Studies at the Moscow State Linguistic University and an MBA in Global Marketing from the Graduate School of Management in Paris, France.
