With over 15 years of global experience across Africa, the Middle East, and North America, he leads a dynamic team driving growth in culinary, bakery, dairy, and snack solutions.
Before joining Freddy Hirsch, he held key roles at Sensient Flavors and Kerry Ingredients. Armed with an MBA from Lagos Business School and an M.S. in Food Science from the University of Illinois, Kojo champions a bold vision ; to make Africa self-sufficient in flavour and ingredient technology.
