With extensive experience in all areas of meat and alternative meat processing. He supports his clients with new product development, R&D ,building new factories with a focus on new equipment/processing lines, energy savings, water, and overall resource efficiency. He believes that alternative protein- and meat companies can work together to make a positive impact and create new food systems.
