İnanç Işık graduated from Boğaziçi University's Department of Economics. Having begun his career at BP Turkey, Işık has held various senior-level roles in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years. Following extensive experience at Cargill, a global food company, Işık joined the Irish food giant Kerry Group in 2017, serving as General Manager for 22 countries covering the Turkish, Middle Eastern, and Pakistani markets, based in Dubai. During this period, he made significant contributions to the company's development through business transformation, strategic growth, acquisitions, and regional expansion projects.
