Farhana June Jamil is the Head of Innovation, Development & Applications (IDEAS) at Apical Group with 10+ years’ involvement in palm oil industry, edible oil manufacturing and lipid fat modification process. Her expertise lies in the domain of functional fat products & processes, encompassing enzymatic route (EIE), and spans across various categories such as confectionery, bakery, frying fats and specialized nutrition. During her previous roles at prominent organizations, she spearheaded various R&D projects alongside Strategy & Innovation initiatives. Farhana has a B.Hons in Molecular Biology from University of New South Wales, Australia.
