A Le Cordon Bleu London graduate and Six Sigma Green Belt, Caterina combines the precision of manufacturing with the soul of craft to turn good ideas into great products. She has worked with international brands such as Yum! Brands and Ingredion, developing products and systems that balance creativity, efficiency, and commercial reality. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between test kitchen and factory—turning ideas into products that work in the real world. A recipient of multiple innovation awards for product development and a foodstuff patent holder, she continues to champion innovation that is both creative and grounded in reality, believing that the best ideas are the ones that can be scaled, shared, and savored.
