The Zahna clay record factory was founded not far from Berlin in 1891. Today, Zahna-Fliesen produces porcelain stoneware tiles for the industrial sector using the latest rapid-fire technology, as well as tiles for attractive use in the renovation and restoration of historic buildings. The production of unglazed porcelain stoneware is characterized by a variety of mineralogical transformation processes that create texture and color.
