All our flour mills are equipped with modern laboratories to check the production quality continuously as the running system is controlled by computers. Ulusoy Flour Mills have been supplying thousands of bakeries, patisseries, and industrial food manufacturers throughout Turkey and abroad. Our wheat flour can be used for bread, biscuits, noodles, cakes, wafers, home and industrial purposes. So far, we have been exporting our wheat flour to 91 countries in Africa, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Pacific Islands. Ulusoy Flour is the first and only flour company registered at Istanbul Stock Exchange Market in 2014. As a hygiene company in production, Ulusoy Flour has all food certifications including ISO, Halal and BRC. We are Certified Supplier of UN WFP and UNRWA and usually supplies 5.000 to 20.000 tons of wheat flour periodically.
