The Ulmer Nahrungsmittel GmbH is a traditional family owned company founded in 1465 by the family Muehlschlegel. Firmly established in the milling and food industry for over 500 years and in the 16th generation, Ulmer is producing wheat flour and wheat products as well as premium quality breadcrumbs and breading sytems for a wide range of applications all over the food industry. We do source the wheat flour for our breadcrumbs from our own mills in Germany and our mills only receive high quality grain from regional farms. This regional sourcing and short transportation ways to our baking lines and mixing facilities giving us an excellent environmental rating. From breadcrumbs, single stage batter to multiple-stage coating systems including predust, flour breadings and tempura batters, our customers from the food industry will find the perfect solutions. Our international presence - our products are exported to more then 40 countries - is the result of our very customer-based product development.
