TREIF is a leading international business in the field of food cutting technology. With approx. 500 employees worldwide TREIF is developing and manufacturing innovative machines, production lines and systems exclusively for cutting and slicing food. Since 2020 TREIF is part of the Marel company – together they offer their customers a wide range of food service solutions worldwide. TREIF develops and executes customer oriented cutting solutions for shop applications, supermarkets, canteens and industry including automated production line solutions and systems for slicing meat, sausage, cheese, bread and confectionery. For this purpose, TREIF maintains four Competence Units which combine the world’s greatest range of food cutting technology under one roof: DICING (frozen and fresh meat, e.g. goulash), PORTION CUTTING (of bone-in and boneless meat, e.g. chops, also to fixed weight), SLICING (e.g. ham, salami, cheese) and BREAD CUTTING.
