Our products range include: - Molding lines (for the production of chocolate in molds, such as bars and pralines, plain chocolate or one-shot version, also with the possibility of solid inclusions in the chocolate or in the filling), from 50 Kg / h to 1200 Kg / h ; - Tempering machines (for the so-called “tempering” thermal process of chocolate, which allows the right crystallization and increase its shelf life), from 70 Kg / h to 1200 Kg / h ; - Lines for the production of chocolate drops (large drops for coverture and small drops for pastry / bakery / ice cream), sizes from 25 Kg / h to 1000 Kg / h ; - Cooling tunnels (for naked products on belt, or in the version with perforated belt specific for products in molds; vertical coolers available); - Lines for the production of hollow subjects (Easter eggs, small eggs, Christmas figures, etc. ); - Depositors, Tanks, Measuring and Dosing systems for chocolate
