Sordi is a historical company founded by Melchiorre Sordi in Lodi, 30 kilometers far from Milan. Since its born in 1881 it has been involved in plant engineering for the food sector in particular in the dairy sector. Sordi builds plants for milk processing (pasteurized milk, ESL and UHT; yogurt and cheese; cream and mascarpone) and to obtain products of vegetable origin (cereals, soy, almond-based drinks; fermented extracts, ice cream bases). We have solutions for ready meals and desserts and we are leaders in the engineering and construction of machinery dedicated to washing of systems and plants for the food industry (CIP).
