Sarp has three main divisions: • SPIRAL DIVISION: processing technologies for food products, bulk or packed, (from +100°C to -40°C) with SPIRAL TOWERS OR LINEAR TUNNELS. The food processing lines are suitable for the freezing, cooling, pasteurizing, proofing, and cooking of food products, such as bakery products, meats, fish, ice creams, fruits, vegetables, etc. • COOKING PROCESS: Sarp realizes the cookers for pasta or rice. Pasta can be short, long, or filled. Or you can cook lasagna and pasta sheets. The cooker can also be applied to rice, vegetables, or other food products. • PASTA MACHINERY DIVISION: designs and develops complete lines or machinery for fresh, dry, pre-cooked pasta and ready meals. Every line is custom-made, from the extrusion to the packaging, to satisfy productions from 150kg/h to 2000 kg/h of pasta.
