Sarp is a manufacturer of Food Equipment for food processing and pasta lines. Sarp has three divisions: • SPIRAL DIVISION: processing technologies for food products, bulk or packed, (from +100°C to -40°C) with SPIRAL TOWERS OR LINEAR TUNNELS. The food processings are suitable for the freezing, cooling, pasteurizing, proofing, cooking of food products, as bakery products, meats, fish, ice-creams, fruits, vegetables, etc. • PASTA MACHINERY DIVISION: designs and develops complete line or machinery fresh, dry, pre-cooked pasta and ready meals. Every line is custom-made, from the extrusion to the packaging, to satisfy productions from 150kg/h to 2000 kg/h. • COOKING PROCESS: Sarp realizes the cookers and complete lines pasta or rice. Pasta can be short, long or filled. Or you can cook lasagna and pasta sheets. The cooker can also be applied to rice and vegetables or other food products.
