sarl3e is the export division of Biovitec, a French producer of meat starter cultures and of Les Laboratoires français, a French producer of dairy starter cultures.
We have been exporting our starter cultures since 2005 to many countries in Europe, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
In the meat industry, we offer maturation cultures for various applications, from dry sausages to dry pieces of meat, as well as bioprotection for fresh sausages and ground meat.
In the dairy industry, we have a strong expertise in fermented milk products such as set yoghurts, labneh, drinking yoghurts, ayran, kefir as well as in cheese like fresh cheese, feta, cheddar and pizza cheese…
We also offer bio-protective cultures against yeasts and moulds in yoghurts.
We will also showcase a new product, Appibuster, made by our partner Bestico, consisting of a blend of yeasts acting as a repellant against flies in cow farms.
LES LABORATOIRES FRANCAIS is a French producer of starter cultures for the dairy industry, active in the Middle East (Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia...) and India since 2022.
