Packint Chocolate Machines manufactures process machines for the production of chocolate, compound, spreads, filling and any fat based product starting from cocoa derivatives like cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, milk powder, sugar, with productivity from 10 to 1200 kg/h. For refining the ingredients we use the low speed ball mill technology. This technology achieves final fineness under 18-20 microns, keeps appropriate flow properties for the chocolate and temperature under control. We also supply small plants bean to bar from 5 kg/h up to 300 kg/h for artisan high quality chocolate production, starting directly from cocoa beans. We can support customers with technological support for recipes, to develop new products and improve existing ones. We have a productive showroom in Italy, near Milan and near NYC, USA with technical assistance and warehouse for spare parts, where our customers can test the machines.
