LAMERI S.p.A. has been transforming and trading cereals since 1968. Thanks to a well-established family tradition that has managed to combine past and innovation, Lameri created new groundbreaking activities in the agricultural and food industry, responding to new demands of consumers. Currently the Lameri Group has five production plants: three of them are dedicated to SEMI-FINISHED products for INDUSTRY and BREAKFAST CEREALS offering a complete range of products suitable for nutritional requirements of children, adults and sports people. Lameri uses eight production lines designed to turn grains into flakes, flours, pearled, extruded, puffed, crunchies and granola. The production process includes various selection and mixing phases of ingredients based on the technologies involved: extrusion, traditional cooking in autoclave, puffing and coating. Our experts create new gourmant recipes based on crispy clusters like crunchy and granola. Our product range includes semi-finished products for bakery and confectionery for several applications such as biscuits, chocolate, cereal bars, bread, ice-cream, desserts (inclusion and decoration): - Extruded and traditional flakes - Expanded extruded cereals - Puffed cereals - Special coatings - Crunchies and Granola - Steamed flakes & flours The ongoing improvements and product innovation, have been rewarded with the achievement of ISO 9001, BRC, IFS, Kosher and Organic Certifications. Lameri S.p.A. has freely decided to introduce an ethical policy at the San Bassano Plant and subsequently an Environmental Management System subjected to certification according to the regulation UNI EN ISO 14001:2004. The plant in San Bassano is also registered with the SEDEX non profit organization and assessed, according to the code SMETA, about its working conditions, health, safety, environment and ethics.
