IPS Industrial Packaging Solution is part of Laminazione Sottile Group and is specialized in coated, printed and embossed foil for flexible packaging. One of its expertise is foil for processed cheese packaging, from 25g up to 500g portion: porosity and E.I.S. tests prove that IPS foil has a corrosion resistance 1000 times higher than the average market material. The use of heat sealing lacquer ensures perfect bond of the flexible packaging and complete protection of edibles. We also produce lacquered aluminium foil to manufacture flat and embossed lids for different kind of yogurt and dairy containers. IPS lids are available with three types of primers: nitro cellulose, solvent based, water based. Primer can be printed with different printing technologies: rotogravure, flexography, UV Flexo, Inkjet Digital Printing. Perfect sealing is guaranteed adopting a specific heat sealing lacquer in accordance to the container material (PVC, PS, PP, PET, lacquered aluminium). In addition, IPS provides a specific coated aluminium foil to manufacture lids that are suitable for different types of disposable coffee capsules.
