Gerstenberg Services A/S was founded in 2013 and supplies innovative quality equipment of the Polaron series with outstanding features for production of margarine, shortening, ghee, low fat spreads, CBS, butter spreads, AMF, texturised butter and related products within the yellow fat and edible oil industry, based on long-term experience. Together with our sister company FH Scandinox A/S we can offer the following products and services: • The Polaron series of high pressure crystallisation equipment for production of the above-mentioned products • Complete turnkey Polaron crystallisation plants incl. preparation, pasteurisation, remelt and CIP equipment as well as control systems • Polaron pilot plants • Redesigned and improved spare parts • A wide range of second-hand, refurbished equipment • Service overhauls, preventive maintenance and onsite refurbishment Furthermore, we have our own pilot plant installed in Denmark consisting of a fully automated preparation system, a Polaron high pressure pump, a pilot Polaron SSHE for CO2 as refrigerant, two Polaron pin rotor machines and a resting tube. The pilot plant is a complete industrial production plant in small scale and is available for test runs for our customers.
