By improving itself in the food sector over the years, it started to produce the bread flour based coating products in the poultry meat sector, fish and meat sector, frozen fruit and vegetable sector apart from bakery in 1998. Our products are breadcrumbs, batter , tempura batter , flour breadings, seasonings and etc. In response to the increasing demands of the leading companies of the sector, it has entered into the production of the flour and bread based coating materials depending on the principle of customer satisfaction, on the condition that it adopts the product variety and accordingly a more technological and higher quality product understanding. In order to meet the increasing demands without sacrificing quality in the following years and to produce more serial and high quality products in accordance with the principle of customer satisfaction. Our company, which has been a pioneer and leader in its sector for years, started its activities actively in its facility based on state-of-the- art technology and modernization with a closed area of 10.000 m2 in Salihli OSB taking into account the developing product range, increasing product demand and developing technology. It continues to compete assertively with the European manufacturers of the sector. While improving its production technology, it constantly increases its product range without sacrificing quality. Our facility was established on an area of 22000 m2 and has the capacity to produce 3000 metric tons of flour and bread-based coating products per month .
