sarl3e is the export division of Biovitec, a French producer of meat starter cultures, and of Les Laboratoires français, a French producer of dairy starter cultures. We have been exporting our starter cultures since 2005 in many countries in Europe and Eastern Europe. For the meat industry, we are able to offer you maturation cultures for various applications, from dry sausages to dry pieces of meat, as well as bioprotection for fresh sausages and ground meat, and covering cultures (Penicillium). We have complete solutions, including blends to be used in combination with our cultures, for the replacement of nitrite salt in cooked products and dry products. Our cultures are halal certified. For the dairy industry, we have a strong expertise in fermented milk products: thick yoghurts, stirred yoghurts, kefir, sour cream, quark, fresh cheese, feta in particular, as well as in bioprotection. We have also a very good knowledge of French specialties like camembert and blue cheese.
