SI 360 Duplex for foamy Home Care products
This equipment is designed to suit the Home Care market (liquid soaps). One of the most widely used formats is stand-up pouches with corner cap allowing controlled dosing of the product and re-closing of the pouch for further use of the product.
The machine is equipped with:
✔ Automatic splicer,
✔ OCR/V camera
✔ Servo-driven nozzles with foam suction system.
Besides, the machine features a two-step release system to allow for individual weight control of the pouches.
