NewBio LLC is a new high-tech production complex for corn grain deep processing located in the Volgograd region. The enterprise was built according to a project of the International Starch Institute (ISI, Denmark) based on international experience, the latest scientific achievements and innovative technologies in the field of starch and starch products. The enterprise is located on the area of 40 ha and has modern production halls, warehouse complexes for the storage of raw materials and end products, its own water treatment facilities, electrical substations, and the largest sewage treatment facilities. The production capacity of NewBio LLC is 155 thousand tons per year of processed food grade corn, we manufacture a wide range of high-quality products for the food industry: maltodextrins, dried glucose syrups, starch syrups, and native corn starches. The enterprise also manufactures valuable feed products: corn gluten, corn germ, and high-protein gluten feeds. Strategic priorities of NewBio LLC on the Russian and foreign markets are the following: high products quality that meets the requirements of international standards; food safety and environmental friendliness of output products. The company successfully implemented an integrated quality and food safety management system in accordance with the requirements of the standards ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 (v. 5). The products meet the requirements of Halal and Kosher standards. The consumers of the NewBio’s products are the leading companies on the Russian and foreign markets: MARS, NESTLE, UNITED CONFECTIONERS, AKKOND, GOSZNAK, etc. The products are exported to more than 47 countries around the world.
