Filling Line for Detergents Duck - ROMO/16MFM-5S
Thomason Automatic Monoblock Rotary Filling and Capping machine with 16 filling heads with Mass Flow Meters (E&H), and 5 capping heads for plastic Screw caps, suitable to fill liquid detergents in bottles from 500ml to 1000ml. Features: Filling Unit • Sixteen Electronic Mass Flow meters (E&H) based on rotating platform, over the filling valves. • Sixteen non-drip product filling valves with nozzles, based on a rotary continuous motion turret, suitable to fill liquid detergent. • Tilting system for bottles with duck neck (angled) to bring the mouth of the bottle in vertical position for better filling process. The same filling turret can also fill bottles with straight neck, using different change parts for each bottle size. • The filling volume is adjustable from the touch screen. • Repeatable filling accuracy: ± 0.2% on 1000ml. • Motorized adjustment for the Filling heads turret, controlled by linear encoder. When a new size of bottle will be selected from the touch screen (formula re- call), the filling heads turret, will be adjusted automatically at the saved height of that formula. • All the machine operation are controlled by programmable PLC (B&R). • No bottles - No fill. • One set of nozzles for the angled neck bottle. Capping Unit • Automatic cap shouter, mechanical type made of stainless steel, to feed the caps on the cap distribution starwheel. Complete with adjustable base, cap exit and caps level control system with start/stop signal to the cap elevator. • Cap conveyor with adjustable guides to accompany different sizes of caps. • Electric height adjustment of the cap shouter. • Tilting system for bottles with duck neck (angled) to bring the neck of the bottle in vertical position for better capping process. The same filling turret can also fill bottles with straight neck, using different change parts for each bottle size. • Five Hysteresis Magnetic Capping heads with mechanical torque adjustment for plastic screw caps with cap crimping system to collect the caps from the distribution starwheel and feed them on the bottles neck (Pick and place system) and then close them by means of Screw-on. • No-bottle, no-cap. • No cap in the cap conveyor, the machine stops and give alarm and fault • Reject System in case that bottle comes without a cap to ensure that it will not reach reach production end.
