Machine for pralines CHOCO MAX
HASBORG presents a compact machine for the production of chocolates with filling inside - pralines. The popular name "One Shot" means that the entire praline, including the filling, is formed in one pass. The machine is fed with liquid chocolate subjected to a tempering process, e.g. with a HASBORG HTM 25 tempering machine. The chocolate goes to the tank no. 1, while the tank no. 2 is intended for the sweet filling. Praline forming process, the shape and look of top surface depends on molds used. Eight pralines are made in one row. Chocolate treats can also be formed directly on trays. We can have chocolate drops or choco chopsticks.
