Thickeners : Xanthan Gum, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Guar gum, Carrageenan, Agar Agar Powder, Pectin, Sodium Alginate, Konjac Gum etc. Thickeners can increase the viscosity of the system, keep the system in a uniform and stable suspension or emulsified state or form a gel, most thickeners also have emulsification.
