The machine consists of 5 main groups: dough hopper; dough feeding rollers; gear pump group; nozzle group and wire cut group.The dough feed rollers allow the dough in the hopper to be fed to the gear pump.The depositor is equipped with 3 phase motors.The pump gears design is made to avoid the weight differences between the rows and lines of the final product.It is possible to produce different shape products by nozzle change.With the same depositor it is posible to make production of wirecut cookies.The depositor is equipped with individual control panel.The depositor is suitable for the production of wirecut cookies.Depositor conveyor belt material is food grade PU.There are electro-pneumatic belt tracking equipment to ensure the belt runs in the axis.Belt driving drum is coated with rubber.
