The technology lab is specialized in the development of new and optimization of existing depositing processes as well as process engineering in the confectionery production. Servo-electrically driven depositors, cold stamping plants and further components of the latest generation are to a degree available. The technology can adapt flexibly to the different product requirements and offers ideal conditions for optimum sample production. In addition to a wide variety of laboratory depositors, the WDS technology lab has all the facilities needed to simulate a complete production line on a laboratory scale. Pilot projects and product tests can be carried out under realistic production conditions. Confectionery projects can be implemented without any scale-up problems thanks to the comprehensive laboratory equipment and professional project development and support.
