The vegetable dicing machine 3DD is perfectly suited for cutting both vegetables and fruits. The product to be cut enters the 3DD through the input funnel and is led to the knives by means of a rotating drum. The three-dimensional cutting system — consisting of a slicing knife, a circle knife set, and a crosscut knife set — cuts the products with rotating knives. Changing to different cutting sizes is very easy because of the unique system of multiples of cutting sizes.   Cutting possibilities ·       Slicing: continuously variable 1 – 13 mm for slices and onion rings ·       Strip cut: 2.5 – 5 – 7.5 – 10 – 12.5 – 15 – 20 mm for (julienne) strips ·       Dicing: 5 – 7.5 – 10 – 12.5 – 15 – 20 mm for dice   Sustainability The machine is completely made of stainless steel. All technical components are from renowned brands. All technical components are inside the machine; therefore they are perfectly protected against water. The machine is produced in our own factory and that is why we call it true Dutch quality.   Cleaning/ hygiene By only pressing one button it is possible to open both the input and output funnel, so both the inside and outside of the machine can be cleaned with a hose. Also the set of knives can be very easily (dis-)assembled.   Safety On the input and output funnel are water resistant (IP-67) sensors mounted. If the machine is opened while running, it will stop immediately. Therefore it is impossible to reach into a rotating knife. The 3DD dicing machine will also always be delivered with a pair of cut resistant gloves which the operator should wear while changing the knives.
