Received whey after Tilsit, Gouda and other types of cheese production. Pasteurised, evaporated and dried with spray drier. Fine, free flowing hygroscopic powder. Taste is sour-sweet, a bit salty. Sweet whey powder are used in various food applications, as an ingredient in bakery, confectionary, ice-cream or meat industries.
