SUGAR DISSOLVER
The sugar solution is essential for the preparation of different beverages: carbonated soft drinks, fruit juices, energy drinks, iced tea, malted drinks, pre-mixed cocktails, and much more. Simple syrup or white syrup, as it is usually called, has various applications in the food industry as well. The sugar dissolution represents the first phase of the syrup room, where the liquid treatment of the beverage process begins. The main sugar dissolving systems are: • Batch dissolver • Continuous dissolver Both are suitable for hot dissolution or cold dissolution and can reach sugar solution concentrations of up to 82°Bx (82% sugar in a water solution), usually used for candy production.
