Storage Systems for Dry Pasta
Our Silos are realized with single piece panels in plywood covered with thick laminate, certified for the contact with food.The peculiaruty of the single piece panels is the TOTAL ABSENCE of metallic profiles, screws and joints inside the Silos and in contact with the product.
Thus avoiding any potential stagnation area of product, dust, scraps, etc. which are an absolute source of contamination.
This is why our silos are considered the most hygienic and safe on the market for the dry short pasta sector.The outer perimeter reinforcement make the silos extremely heavy duty. The roof of the silos are completely closed with walkable aluminum sheet and can be inspected through a door.
Perimeter inspection walkways and access ladders allow easy access to loading areas.
The hoppers at the bottom of the silo are made entirely of AISI304 SS with the corners folded and rounded so as to be completely free from the formation of possible product stagnation.
