SPELT SUNFLOWER CAKE
Alternative types of flour are becoming increasingly popular and readily used, also in confectionery. Inspired by the extraordinary qualities of spelt flour (high nutritional value and baking properties), we have created a cake with a harmonious, slightly nutty taste with a touch of caramel aroma. The composition is completed with slightly roasted sunflower seeds. We create solutions, by combining tradition with modernity!
