3, used as buffering agent, flavoring agent, flavoring agent and pH regulator. As a buffer for flavoring agents, it can alleviate undesirable odors and prevent discoloration to improve flavor when used 0.1-0.3%. It has a certain anti-mildew effect, such as the use of 0.1-0.3% in fish mince products and bread.
