Descending head semiautomatic capping machine for ROPP caps with or without plastic pourer. The bottle, with the cap placed manually on the neck, is placed on the support plate. By pressing the two buttons at the sides of the base, the closing head descends, threading and sealing the capsule in a few seconds. The machine is suitable for closing all ROPP caps in commerce, from a minimum of ø 18 mm to a maximum of 38 mm. The 4 rollers NO CAP NO ROLL closing head is completely manufactured with stainless steel, and it’s adjusted for closing one cap size. For each different cap diameter or format, it is necessary to purchase a supplementary closing head. The machine can be provided with a 230 V single phase or a 380 V three phase voltage. The productivity, related to the operator skill, can reach 500 / 600 bph. For some types of closures, for example MCA 28x15 and in general all closures that require a vertical load greater than 180 Kg, the 380V three-phase version is the only one available.
