The SSHE Pasteurizer/Cooler is a machine that uses Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger to raise, hold and then cool the recipe before being crystallized/plasticized in the Coimix® machine
It is specifically designed for medium to high viscosity products (up to 400 cP) and for Low Fat Margarine (20% Fat)
