Sarmaşık Spiral Dough Mixers are designed as a heavy duty bread mixers for 24/7 use. There is no breaking bar on the mixers means no dough cutting- no friction while mixing result in no increase on dough temperature. Inside of the stainless steel bowl is designed specially for peripheral dough circulation. Rotating post in the middle of the mixer bowl increases the mixing area. Such mixing process allows the operator to achieve a good gluten development, small batch mixing, adaptability to different types of dough. MX Series Spiral Dough Mixers with Removable Bowl can be delivered as single arm or dual arm for min 5kg - max 250 kg dough mixing capacity. Bowl is secured with a hydraulic system and spiral tool is driven by a gearbox. These mixers are mostly preferred by industrial bakeries. Models with interchangeable mixing attachments are available for cake production. SX Series Stationary Spiral Mixers- for min 5kg - max 160 kg dough mixing capacity- are preferred mostly by small and medium size of bakeries.
