Rennet and Acid Casein
Caseins are natural milk proteins produced from pasteurized skimmed milk coagulated with rennet or acid. At Lactalis Ingredients, we produce acid casein and rennet casein powders. Rennet casein can be used in processed cheeses and analogue cheeses. As for acid casein, it can be used in processed cheeses and nutritional products.
