Reduced Sugar Rice Glucose Syrup (RSRGS) Matco’s reduced sugar Rice glucose syrup helps you to reduce sugar in your foods by replacing your traditional Corn/Rice Syrup without sacrificing functionality. Our expert R&D team has designed the product in such a way that the percentages of lower saccharides i.e. mono and disaccharides (DP1 & DP2) should be as low as possible without changing functionality and texture of the traditional syrup. Reduced Sugar Glucose Rice Syrup means less sugar appears on your nutrition facts label and daily sugar intake. Product Description: This product is clear, colorless or almost colorless syrup having a clean sweet flavor with light buttery and honey flavor notes. It is made from the enzymatic hydrolysis of GMO free Rice using natural enzymes. Then the syrup is being filtered, refined and concentrated to heavy syrup. Functional Benefits: • Lowers added Sugars on label • Maintains Rice syrup functionality, including bulking & binding • Provides clean label flexibility as “Glucose Syrup” “Rice Syrup” • Delivers viscosity comparable to traditional Rice syrup for ease in processing e.g. viscosity is almost similar to enzymatic 42DE syrup.
