Water Systems Hall: Shk Saeed Hall 3 Stand: S2-F41
The ultrafiltration is an equipment for the removal of clay, suspended matter of small size and silica from raw water, in order to protect the following stages of water treatment from the problems caused by the presence of this kind of materials (e.g. to avoid the sudden clogging of a cartridges filtering system). The system, designed and manufactured specifically for the beverage industry, is supplied completely preassembled on a skid for an easy and quick shipment and installation. A set of hollow fibre membranes supplied by leader manufacturer of membrane filtering elements guarantees the retention of microorganisms, suspended particles and organic molecules of molecular weight above 120 Dalton. The process is fully automatic and electronically controlled by means of a set of instruments allowing the continuous verification of water flow rate and pressures. The onboard washing, rinsing and sanitizing equipment provided with cleaning solution buffer tank, chemicals dosing pump and cartridges filtering system in order to always keep the highest functionality and efficiency of the filtering unit.
