Chemtech provides a complete range of process tanks for emulsifier dilution, aqueous phase preparation, product rework, block melting and emulsion preparation. Tanks are built with hot water jackets and are fully insulated with hygienic stainless-steel, welded cladding to finish. All product contact parts are fabricated from 316 stainless-steel and polished for a high level of hygiene. Load cells, level switches, CIP spray balls are all standard features. Agitators are supplied to suit the application.
