Prismatech Premix is a complete system designed for deaeration, mixing and carbonation of drinks. Thus, a Premix, or beverage mixer, mixes all together water, syrup and CO2, and therefore is suitable for the preparation of carbonated drinks such as: • Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) • Malt beverages • Premixed cocktails • Energy drinks • Carbonated flavoured water In addition, Premix can be also used for the production of non-carbonated beverage (NCB), for example: • Fruit juices • Iced tea • Isotonic drinks • Supplements • Flavoured flat water Prismatech Premix is a fully automatic plant and features high precision monitoring of Brix and CO2 dosages. This up-to-date plant is equipped with an easy-to-use control panel with PLC that allows the automatic management of all the process and moreover, to record up to 99 personalised recipes and control of the data.
