Pre-Dryer (Trabatto) for short-cut Pasta
Robustness, versatility and efficiency are only some of the characteristics of our pre-drying Trabatto, which are suitable for the thermal treatment of food products such as short pasta, special pasta, snacks, pellets, breakfast cereals, etc.
The sturdy machine frame can be made out of painted carbon steel or in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Available with 3 or 5 frames, frame width from 600 to 1500 mm and frame length up to 5500 mm; the sturdy frame suspension system with composite material slats and the activation of the eccentric shaft frame pack guarantee a long service life with minimum maintenance.
The heat exchange achieved with radiators (which can be supplied with hot/super-heated water or steam) combined with highly efficient fans, makes it possible for the sieve to reach extremely high temperatures. Thermal isolation is guaranteed by the use of high-density fiberglass and polyurethane isolating panels.
The panels can be easily opened in order to make maintenance and internal cleaning operations easier.
Our pre-dryer trabatto can also be equipped with an inner frame passage in order to use the sieve as a packaging tunnel for nests or other special rolled pastas.
