It includes all areas of our production and management, and has both process and end control elements and we have protocols in place for all situations such as how we should handle production mistakes, how to handle scrap material etc. We have consistently achieved A grade of BRC Audit; 3. Traceability – we have complete tracing recall system. On every single product we send you, it will have a batch number, and we can trace back fully to each worker/ line/ resin batch, all within 2 hours. In addition, we have ½ m retained sample from every single master roll being kept in our factory for up to 2 years, we can take this sample and analyze what the problem is.
