Plasticity, Consistency and Texture of the product
The plasticizer (also called Pin Rotor due to its construction shape) is a machine that allows the best distribution of the crystals in the fat matrix making the final product more homogeneous and plastic. Varying the rotor speed, it’s possible to achieve the desired consistency and texture.
It’s equipped with a cooling circuit and/or independent heating and temperature-controlled depending from production process.
All Coimix® (SSHE) machines are supplied with at least n°2 plasticizers with the possibility of changing the product flow, for example Coimix® with n°3 crystallizers and n°2 plasticizers: C1+ C2+C3+PL1+PL2 or C1+C2+PL1+C3+PL2 depending on the product we intend to crystallize.
