Pin worker units are used for plasticising margarines and shortenings between or after cooling on the Chemetator scraped surface heat exchangers. Their design, capacity and size are all matched to the production capacities of the Chemetator units. Sizes available range from 35 litres to 200 litres per cylinder and the units are mounted on the same style and the Chemetators keeping sound levels extremely low as well as ensuring ease of maintenance.
