Pie-tart press - PTF
The pie-tart press (PTF) is an industrial equipment designed to mould food products in circular shapes, up to a diameter of 350 mm. The PTF has been designed to manufacture pies, tarts and others in puff pastry, shortcrust and others. It allows the use of several punches in the same machine and the control of essential parameters for the execution of mouldings such as pressure, temperature and pressing time.
