Dairy Permeate is manufactured by the removal of protein and other solids from milk or whey, resulting in a product with a high concentration of lactose. Lactose level is approx. 76%, protein minimal 3-5% and moisture level averages to maximum 5%. The flavor is clean and consistent. packing in 3-ply bags with polyethylene lining, net weight 25 kg. product can be kept in an unopened packing for 24 months, at temperature below 20 c and humidity not exceeding 75%.
